THE COMPANY

C&C, the Italian leader in Apple distribution, continues its ambitious international growth strategy to conquer European markets. Founded in 2001 in Puglia, C&C now operates a network of over 100 stores and employs 1,200 people across Europe. The group is renowned for its expertise in Apple distribution, particularly in the education sector, where it was awarded the Apple Education Rising Star prize in 2019.

THE TRANSACTION

As part of its european strategy, C&C has completed the purchase of Humac, the leading Apple reseller in Denmark and the country’s only Apple Premium Partner. With 15 stores and strong expertise in both B2C and B2B markets, Humac strengthens C&C’s position in the European market. This transaction is part of a robust internationalization strategy, with C&C executing two acquisitions per year since 2022. Ama Partners acted as C&C’s exclusive M&A advisor for this deal.

With this acquisition, Denmark becomes C&C’s third-largest market in terms of store locations, after Italy and France.
