Embalpal has been designing and manufacturing tailor-made wooden components since 1984. The company's flagship activity is the manufacture of crates and pallets designed to meet the needs of its customers. Known for its responsiveness and the quality of its products, Embalpal has successfully developed two ancillary activities: panels and dunnage, and special applications for outdoor fittings. The head of Embalpal, who took over the company in 2004, now wants to sell it to pursue other ventures.
THE TRANSACTION
