THE COMPANY

Founded in 2007 by Laurent Fleury, SYXPERIANE is a leading French IT services company specialising in digital transformation and business software integration. The group provides ERP, CRM, HRIS and Business Intelligence solutions to SMEs and mid-market businesses, alongside expertise in data management and IT infrastructure.

With 230 employees across 10 offices in France and approximately €30 million in annual revenue, SYXPERIANE supports organisations in optimising their information systems and driving digital transformation.

THE TRANSACTION

Less than a year after its secondary buyout backed by MBO+, SYXPERIANE acquired OGI, a specialist SaaS solutions integrator based in Rennes and Paris.

This first acquisition under the group's new ownership structure strengthens its position within the Cegid ecosystem and expands its capabilities in financial management, HRIS and Business Intelligence.

Ama Partners advised Laurent Fleury and his team throughout the transaction, from target identification through to completion.

CONCLUSION

The acquisition represents another milestone in SYXPERIANE's buy-and-build strategy and marks the fourth transaction completed with Ama Partners since 2018, reflecting a long-standing advisory relationship supporting the group's growth and strategic development.

TESTIMONY

« This acquisition marks the next stage in the execution of our strategy. With MBO+ alongside us since 2025, we have put in place the resources to build a leading group in business management solutions for SMEs and mid-market companies. OGI is the first step: a strong business with HRIS and BI capabilities that are highly complementary to our own, and a team that shares our commitment to client proximity and service excellence.

Ama Partners has advised us since 2018, across two LBOs and two acquisitions. Their deep understanding of our business and continued commitment at every stage of our development are particularly valuable as we execute the next phase of our acquisition strategy. »
