THE TRANSACTION

Previously serving as Chief Operating Officer, Antoine Septier completed a Management Buy-Out (MBO) with the support of IRDI Capital Investissement. The transaction enables the management team to strengthen its ownership stake, with three key team members — Cyril Jemy, Vincent Chabernaud, and Guillaume Theillout — also becoming shareholders.
