Founded in 2021 by industry veterans, the company won the Innovation Prize at the SITL trade show in 2022. To accelerate its commercial development, the start-up has called on Alienor Partners to support it in its first round of funding.

THE TRANSACTION

The firm assisted Bary's management in the search for investors, the preparation of their fundraising file and the discussions with the selected investor. Bary is now part of the H2P network, which operates the B2PWeb freight exchange. The operation offers clear synergies, and will enable Bary to accelerate its market penetration.
