THE COMPANY

Founded in 2001 in Italy, C&C is the leading European distributor of Apple products, with over 100 stores and 1,000 employees across Europe. The group stands out for its expertise as an Apple Premium Reseller and its commitment to the education sector. MCS Group, a historic Apple distributor in southeastern France, operates four specialized stores focused on the Apple ecosystem.

THE TRANSACTION

In October 2024, C&C completed its fourth acquisition in France with the purchase of MCS Group. This transaction aligns with C&C’s external growth strategy, supported once again by Ama Partners, which was chosen to advise the Italian group. This acquisition strengthens C&C's presence in France, particularly in the strategic southeastern region, enhancing the company’s development in this area. Through this acquisition, C&C expands its European network, which is already well-established with operations in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Sweden.

CONCLUSION

The acquisition of MCS Group enables C&C to further consolidate its position as an Apple Premium Reseller in Europe, fulfilling Apple’s vision of unifying its resellers to better counter multichannel competition.
