Pilocap Group, with over 30 years of expertise in safety and prevention training, is continuing its ambitious drive to become a national leader. Following a management buyout (MBO) in 2022 led by Julien Larrazet and supported by Capital Croissance, Adaxtra, and UI Investissement, Pilocap is now strengthening its presence through two strategic acquisitions: SCAF, based in the Paris region, and ODF Formation, operating in Eastern and Southeastern France.
THE TRANSACTION
As part of its expansion strategy, Pilocap has acquired SCAF, a well-known trainer in difficult-access and high-altitude work, and ODF Formation, which specializes in regulatory safety training.
