SOFIA offers a comprehensive range of services, from bulk manufacturing to full-service solutions, and also markets its own skincare ranges under the SOSKIN brand, distributed in more than 50 countries. The company leverages an experienced R&D team and develops innovative solutions, notably its proprietary sun protection technology, Exoshield.

THE TRANSACTION

SOFIA Cosmétiques has entered into a joint venture with Eternis Fine Chemicals, an international player in fragrance and cosmetic ingredients. The partnership is based on strong strategic complementarity: Eternis brings expertise in ingredients and olfactory innovation, while SOFIA contributes its capabilities in formulation and industrial-scale production of finished products.
